Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Adchestra, the service available through adchestra.com. By using Adchestra, you agree to these terms.
The service
Adchestra connects a supported MCP client to Google marketing services that you authorize. It can read data and may prepare or carry out supported changes after your explicit approval. The service may change as we improve and expand it.
Your account and permissions
You must be authorized to access every Google account and resource you connect. You are responsible for activity initiated through your MCP client and for protecting access to your Google and MCP accounts. You can revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account.
Review changes before approval
Automated and AI-generated suggestions can be incorrect. You must review every proposed advertising or analytics change before approving it. You remain responsible for budgets, campaigns, measurement settings, legal compliance, and business outcomes.
Acceptable use
You may not use Adchestra to:
- access data or accounts without permission;
- break applicable law or another service's terms;
- interfere with, probe, or bypass the service's security or tenant controls; or
- resell access or use the service to harm Adchestra, Google, or another person.
Third-party services
Adchestra depends on Google APIs, your chosen MCP client, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Their own terms and policies apply. We do not control their availability or decisions about account or API access.
Subscription and billing
Continued use requires the subscription offered through Stripe Checkout. The price, trial period, taxes, renewal interval, and total due are shown before you subscribe. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically at the interval shown in Checkout.
You can obtain an official Stripe Customer Portal link at any time by asking your connected AI agent about your Adchestra subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period unless Stripe states otherwise. You retain access until then. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Cancellation and account data
When Stripe confirms that a canceled subscription has ended, Adchestra removes the associated Google authorization credentials, Google resource catalogue, pending changes, and action history from active systems and ends access. We may retain minimal account, billing, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records as described in the Privacy Policy. You may also revoke Google access directly from your Google Account.
Availability and suspension
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the service. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or respond to a third-party platform requirement.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Adchestra is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or specific advertising, analytics, or business results.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Adchestra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by approved changes, third-party services, or unauthorized account access. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Adchestra, cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal, and revoke its Google access at any time. We may update these terms as the service develops; the date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
